Selling a home can be stressful…

1) Send Us Property Info.

 

Tell us all about your property.  Information such as the size and style of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, garage size, location, etc. will give us a basic idea.  If the property is a multi-family or apartment building, please include the number of units.

2) Schedule an In-Home Visit.

 

We will come out and assess your property.  We can meet with a neighbor or relative if you are out of state. 

3) Get an Offer.

 

With many properties, we can make an offer on the spot. Others may require a bit more research before making an offer.  Our offers usually come within 24 hours. We have a very simple 2-page purchase agreement that is easy to understand. We will go through the agreement with you step-by-step until all of your questions are answered to your satisfaction. 

4) Accept or Reject Your Offer.

 

If you accept our offer, we can close within 10 days.  We will work with you to close as fast, or as slow as you need us to.  All transactions go through a local title company which will coordinate all paperwork, collect funds from us, and pay you directly by certified check.
